2026 Annual Conference

51st Annual Training Conference is being held at the Seasons Conference Center and Hampton Inn in Penn Yan, NY on beautiful Keuka Lake. Each training course is 38 hours with a certificate issued with successful completion of the course.

Continuing Education - Workshop Series

CONFERENCE REGISTRATION FEES ARE SEPERATE FEES FROM HOTEL and MEAL REGISTRATION

HOTEL and FOOD REGISTRATION: After you register for the conference with the SNYPJOA you will get a confirmation email with an attachment form for the hotel/meal package at the Hampton Inn. Should the Hampton Inn book all rooms, they will assist in reservations at overflow hotels within walking distance of the Hampton Inn.

Our full-week Monday–Friday Breakfast, Lunch & Breaks Package is available for $460, providing the best value for attendees who want a complete dining experience. For those who only need midday coverage, the Lunch & Breaks Package is offered at $327 for the full week. Commuters joining us for a shorter stay can purchase a One-Day Lunch & Breaks Pass for just $51. Enhance your conference experience even further by adding the Monday Night Networking Event for $49 and the Thursday Night Banquet for $55. All meal packages and event tickets are purchased directly through the SNYPJOA and are payable to the SNYPJOA.
