John Hynes was been a police officer with the Village of Pelham for over 30 years, retiring in 2021,  he was appointed by the SNYPJOA board in June of 2021 as the new membership and region representative coordinator.  He will be handling all training and the contact for all of the region representatives, as well as the daily membership issues, coordinating and handling membership questions, recruitment, and membership related benefits and programs.
