| Hospitality Room Sponsorship Each night of the conference, the SNYPJOA holds a hospitality room open to all conference attendees. This room is designed to create networking and congeniality for our attendees along with a DJ, an auction, games, tournaments and fun, to keep our attendees at the event center and enjoy each others company after a long day of intense training and education. This room is open Sunday – Thursday night of the conference from 8pm – 12 midnight and free of charge to all attendees. Sponsors will be give 10 minutes of product demo in the hospitality room on the night of their sponsorship and corporate logo advertisement throughout room for that night
